What it is for

The API returns a complete business case: revenue stack by stream, DCF, DSCR and Critical findings — all in low / base / high scenarios. The calculation is deterministic: the same input always gives the same result and the same fingerprint, so it can be defended after the fact.

The request body is JSON with the project parameters. Only as much is required as the given calculation type needs — if something is missing, the API returns status: "neuplny_vstup" and a list of what to add. It never fills gaps with estimates.

What to watch out for when integrating

• All monetary values are in Czech crowns (_mena: "CZK"), even though some keys are historically named …_eur.
• Never read just base. The low–high range is part of the result, not decoration — for reservation prices the gap is often twofold.
• dscr_stav has three values:: vyhovuje, podlimitni, neurceno. “Neurčeno” (undetermined) does not mean all is well.
• When datova_kvalita.uroven is orientacni, the economics are not calculated and the fields in m2 are empty. Do not show a rating in that case.
• Store the input fingerprint together with the result. Without it we cannot trace which data the calculation ran on.
