The Energy Regulatory Office operates a state-backed independent comparison tool offers from electricity and gas suppliers. Since 1 October 2025 traders have had a statutory duty (Lex OZE III) to report their prices to the Energy Regulatory Office all public offers — unlike commercial comparison sites, which often show only part of the market or favour their partners.
Why this matters to us: independence is the core of bessaudit. The Energy Regulatory Office intends to open its official price-list data to other comparison tools as well — we connect to them, so that the business case and the marketplace compare the whole market fairly, not a single supplier.
